We provide professional call center and telesales specialists to small and medium-sized businesses in the United States.

Position Overview

We are looking for confident and professional Call Center / Telesales Specialists to work with American clients.

This role is focused on inbound and outbound calls, telesales, lead follow-up, appointment scheduling, customer communication, and presenting and promoting the client’s services.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with customers, identifying their needs, presenting offers, handling objections, and guiding customers toward the next step.

 Office-based position

 Excellent English is essential

 Call center / telesales experience is mandatory

 Experience working with US customers is an advantage

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in English
2. Make telesales calls and follow up with leads and customers
3. Present and promote the client’s services
4. Schedule appointments and manage calendars
5. Follow client scripts, sales processes, and procedures
6. Handle customer objections and questions professionally
7. Update call results and customer information in the CRM
8. Achieve assigned call and sales-related targets
9. Represent the client professionally when communicating with customers

1. Mandatory experience in call center, telesales, telemarketing, customer support, or a similar role
2. Advanced or fluent English, both spoken and written
3. Confident, clear, and persuasive communication skills
4. Ability to lead conversations and build rapport with customers
5. Ability to present offers, handle objections, and encourage customers to take the next step
6. Comfortable making outbound calls independently
7. Sales-oriented mindset and ability to work toward targets
8. Ability to use CRM systems, calendars, and online tools
9. Full-time availability to work from the office during US-aligned hours
10. Experience working with American customers or companies is a strong advantage
